Opening in 1987, Abitha's has been constantly evolving to meet the needs of the Pagan, Spiritual, and New Age community in Albuquerque, New Mexico and beyond. We were in the same location on Central in Nob Hill for 25 years; in Feburary 2018, the powers that be moved us to Hoffmantown, on the corner of Wyoming and Menaul.
The original owners Marilyn Perry and Edythe Crook have now retired and Edythe's daughter Reta has taken the reins and hit the ground running. Reta had just started High School when her Aunt and Mom decided to open Abitha's. She spent her after-school time at the shop making incense and helping customers. Reta's two children have grown up in the shop, learning in the same manner as Reta.
With her staff of readers, everyone at Abitha's seeks to help individuals get the tools they need for their practices.
Abitha's is locally-owned and works daily to make custom supplies for what every the needs may be.
